Key Qualifications:

• Current PEL with School Psychologist endorsement required
• Experience or interest in serving students in PreK-8; flexible and comfortable working across any grade level
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a growth mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and share insights with educational teams
• Provide individual and group counseling for students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate in the development of IEPs, 504 plans, and intervention strategies
• Consult with educators and families to support whole-child development
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and professional growth sessions
