Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist (OH IS) credential required
• Demonstrated experience in co-teaching special education settings at the elementary and/or high school level

• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and classroom management
• Commitment to on-site work for the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction for assigned students within co-teaching classrooms
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers to develop and implement lesson plans and accommodations
• Write, review, and implement IEPs and progress monitoring for students with special needs
• Foster a supportive, engaging, and positive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administrators regarding student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
