An exciting, full-time contract opportunity is available for a passionate BCBA and Registered Behavior Technician to work collaboratively in a school setting near Clinton, TN. Your expertise will help enhance the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD), creating meaningful impact every day.
Leverage your background as a BCBA and/or RBT, using evidence-based strategies to support students, teachers, and staff in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. Your role is essential in advancing the district’s commitment to making classrooms more accessible and supportive for all learners.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and positive behavior supports
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for creating inclusive, accessible learning environments for students with disabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, design, and implement behavioral interventions for students with disabilities
- Partner with teachers, support personnel, and families to maximize student potential in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE)
- Deliver direct support and training to staff on ABA strategies and best practices
- Collect and analyze data to inform and adjust interventions as needed
- Advocate for the educational and behavioral needs of each student
