This onsite, 8-5pm, role operates within a fast-paced recruiting organization that emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and high-quality candidate interactions. The position involves frequent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking or recruiting systems to manage candidate data, schedules, and reports. During the contract period, the team is open to a hybrid arrangement that includes working three days onsite in Seattle, with the remaining time potentially remote, depending on team needs and policies. The environment values flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism, with regular interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
