Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Our client is a provider of plumbing services and solutions for residential and commercial customers. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to support our customer service and field operations teams and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments
- Dispatching technicians to job sites and maintaining detailed records
- Performing data entry, file management, and other general office procedures

To be successful in this position, you should have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data entry, office software, and file management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

This is a temporary position with a target pay rate of $26 USD per hour. You will work in an office setting with standard business hours.
