Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active Connecticut Occupational Therapy license
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload across several school sites efficiently
• Adaptable, resourceful, and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Competency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and writing reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess, evaluate, and document student progress and needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families for comprehensive student support
• Manage scheduling and documentation for multiple locations within the district
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines relating to school-based OT services
