Work Environment
The position is based in a cleanroom environment with 4 employees in a new department. Employees are required to wear cleanroom gear including scrubs, a white coat, gloves, a hairnet, and avoid makeup, jewelry, eyelashes, or nails. The environment may involve exposure to glue fumes, with fans available to mitigate the smell. Employees must be comfortable working in a Spanish-only environment for tenured employees and have basic English skills to read work orders and communicate with auditors/supervisors. The role requires flexibility to float between departments and adhere to set break times. The shift is Monday to Friday, 5 am – 1:30 pm, with potential overtime until 3:30 pm or on Saturdays as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
