Description
The Automation Support Specialist serves as the primary operational support resource for automated equipment, robotics systems, and automation-related software applications. This role focuses on troubleshooting, system health monitoring, preventative maintenance activities, user support, issue escalation, and communication between operations and technical support teams.
The individual will act as the first line of support for automation-related issues and serve as a key contributor to the organization's growing automation strategy.
Support daily operation of automated equipment and technology systems.
Troubleshoot equipment, software, and process-related issues.
Respond to operational disruptions and coordinate resolution activities.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Execute preventative maintenance activities and routine inspections.
Document issues, corrective actions, and system updates.
Support deployment and adoption of new technologies within the facility.
Train and assist end users on system functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system reliability and performance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
