Excellent manufacturing company in the Port Huron area is seeking reliable Secondary Operators to join their production team. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a stable employer offering long term growth for dependable employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform secondary operations on manufactured parts after the primary production process.
- Trim, deburr, inspect, assemble, sort, and package finished products.
- Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Remove excess material and perform light finishing work.
- Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely.
- Complete production paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
