Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Texas Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience with pediatric or school-based populations strongly preferred
- Strong background in SLP assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students
- Document progress and collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to ensure student success
- Support IEP development and implementation within a dynamic school setting
- Provide therapy services, both individually and in group formats, tailored to student needs
