Key Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Michigan
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse elementary caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork
- Experience in school, healthcare, or home health settings is beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning sessions
