In this full-time, Monday through Friday position, you’ll:
- Develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver instruction in both individual and small group settings
- Employ evidence-based strategies and tools to best support student learning
- Foster a supportive classroom climate that encourages academic and social growth
- Collaborate with other general and special educators, therapists, and administrators
- Collect and maintain data on student progress and behavior interventions
- Engage with parents and caregivers to promote student success
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and school regulations regarding special education
