Job Title: Experienced Mill Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lathe OR Mill Machinist to join our machine shop in Brighton, MI. This role involves setting up and operating manual and/or CNC milling machines to produce precision components that meet customer and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, understand tight tolerances, and take pride in producing high-quality machined parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a machine shop setting with a fast-paced manufacturing atmosphere. Shifts available are 1st shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM or 7 AM to 5:30 PM with overtime every other Saturday, and 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM, with initial training on the first shift for one month. Safety policies and procedures are strictly followed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr.
