Are you a seasoned clinician drawn to complex, high-acuity psychiatric care? Do you believe individuals involved in the justice system deserve consistent, high-quality mental health treatment? This role is designed for clinicians seeking meaningful clinical depth, protected time, and mission-driven work beyond traditional outpatient psychiatry.

You will help build a clinical bridge for individuals transitioning from city and county jails back into the community.

You will provide:

• Medication management for high-acuity patients
• Forensic diversion support
• Integrated physical + psychiatric triage
• Continuity of care during critical transitions

This work directly supports some of the most vulnerable individuals in the system, ensuring stability where gaps often exist.

• Base salary: 150,000-175,000+
