Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment (details provided at placement)
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted NY RN License (New York licensure is a must)
- Minimum 2 years recent nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric cardiac care required
- Telemetry proficiency essential
- American Heart Association-issued certifications required: BLS, PALS, ACLS
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with complex congenital or acquired cardiac disorders
- Administer post-surgical treatments and manage ongoing medical needs
- Monitor patient progress utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic and telemetry equipment
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative patient care plans
