Dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for full-time, onsite positions for a leading school district in the Yelm, WA area. In this role, you’ll be leveraging your expertise to support student development, joining a collaborative educational community ready to welcome your skills.

The assignment runs from September 9, 2026, to June 16, 2027, with 37.5 hours per week guaranteed. There are four immediate full-time openings, each supporting a different school environment (high school, middle school, or elementary). All services must be delivered onsite, as this team is transitioning from virtual to in-person support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Active Washington SLP license, or willingness to obtain before the start date
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (or open to the process)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations across age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseloads
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with district, state, and federal guidelines
