Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar school-based support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently manage student behavior and redirect attention when needed
• Basic troubleshooting skills for classroom technology
• Must be dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in different classroom settings or campuses

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as an onsite supervisor in classrooms where instruction is led remotely
• Support students’ engagement and understanding of virtual lessons by encouraging focus and clarifying directions as needed
• Manage day-to-day classroom operations, address behavioral issues, and provide basic first-line tech assistance
• Safely escort students between classrooms or to other campus locations as required
