You’ll spend 37.5 hours per week throughout the full school year, serving elementary and high school students across two nearby locations. The manageable caseload ensures you have time to provide high-quality care and collaborate closely with teachers in both resource and general education settings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings
• Understanding of sensory integration techniques, with the ability to incorporate these into individualized goals and progress documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with staff and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to students in resource and general education classrooms
• Develop, implement, and track individualized educational plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
• Assess students’ needs, document goals, and report on progress regularly
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Travel between two school sites as needed (local travel only)
