Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state and active ASHA CCC-SLP certification, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• In-depth understanding of common speech and language disorders in children
• Ability to craft and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that support each student’s goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to foster optimal student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation for all therapy sessions and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student support strategies
