Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement
• Willingness and flexibility to work with any grade level, PreK-8
• Experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and consultation skills
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide consultation to teachers and families regarding effective interventions and supports
• Deliver direct and indirect services, including crisis intervention and behavioral support
• Collaborate with school staff to create positive, inclusive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations
