Compensation: $45.00/hr W2 | Hour worked paid
Shift: 8hrs shift | Administrative - with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with packaging equipment and design of new equipment processes, project management, and validation—preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical settings
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Are knowledgeable in GMPs/GLPs and committed to quality standards
- Demonstrate leadership skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Optimizing packaging processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to ensure smooth production
- Supervising and mentoring engineering staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Leading and executing complex capital projects from design through validation
- Ensuring all activities adhere to GMP and GLP standards
