What You'll Do✅ Experience with industrial maintenance and troubleshooting
✅ Knowledge of electrical systems, 3-phase power, motors, and controls
✅ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
✅ Basic HVAC, plumbing, and facility maintenance experience
✅ Familiarity with PLCs and Allen-Bradley equipment
✅ Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
✅ Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
