Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Develop and coordinate care plans with providers
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care
Schedule & Work Requirements
- Shift: 12-hour days (07:00 – 19:00)
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience (new grads may be considered case-by-case)
- Education: ADN or Nursing Diploma (minimum)
- License: Active Kansas RN license
- Certifications:
- BLS required
- ACLS/PALS may substitute depending on unit
Compensation & Bonus
- Pay Range: $31 – $46/hr
(based on experience & internal leveling) - Sign-On Bonus Options:
- $5,000 (1-year commitment)
- $10,000 (2-year commitment)
