This welding position focuses primarily on MIG welding with additional TIG work on actuators, stainless steel, carbon steel, and occasional structural components. You will interpret blueprints and produce high-quality welds on various materials and thicknesses in a busy, hands-on production environment.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a non-climate-controlled, dirty industrial environment, typical of a busy welding and fabrication shop. You will work a 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. shift with some overtime as needed, with the potential to move to a four 10-hour day schedule after demonstrating strong performance. The setting is hands-on and production-focused, requiring appropriate protective clothing and gear suitable for welding and working around heavy equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
