What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials
- Extensive experience in pediatric or school-based OT settings is highly preferred
- Comfort providing services both in-person and, if needed, through teletherapy platforms
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans addressing various student needs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored intervention strategies
- Facilitating therapy sessions within the school environment, focusing on functional, academic, and social participation goals

- Maintaining detailed documentation of student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting ongoing progress monitoring
