Title:                Wire Technician / Assembly Technician

Location:         1562 Reynolds Ave Irvine California 92614

Shift:                1st shift 6AM to 2:30 PM (Tuesday - Saturday rotation)

Pay rate:          $21/hr on W2.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Wire Technician to support production and assembly operations in a medical device manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working with small components and automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Monitor material feeds, clear equipment stoppages, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Use HMIs, computer systems, and measuring tools to support production and quality.
• Follow work orders, SOPs, GMPs, and safety requirements.
• Perform cleaning, inspection, lubrication, packaging, and material handling.
• Maintain accurate records and report quality or safety concerns.
• Work independently and collaboratively to troubleshoot and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing/production experience.
• Basic math skills (arithmetic, algebra, geometry).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Previous assembly, machine operation, or automated equipment experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for at least 75% of the shift and walk frequently.
• Ability to reach, push/pull, and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and 5–20 lbs frequently.
• Must be comfortable working in a clean medical device manufacturing environment.
