Job Title: OR Tech II (Surgical Technologist)

Location: Kansas City, MO

Salary: $25 – $35/hr + Upto $15K Sign-On Bonus

Shift: 3×12 hrs (Days/Nights, Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary

Support surgical procedures by preparing OR, assisting surgeons, and maintaining sterile environments in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical suite & instruments
• Assist during surgeries (scrub role)
• Handle patient prep, positioning & safety
• Maintain sterile technique & equipment

Requirements

• 1+ year OR Tech experience
• Certified/Graduate Surgical Tech (CST preferred)
• BLS required
• Skilled in at least 3 areas: Robotics, Joints, Neuro/Spine, Vascular

Additional Info

• Night/Weekend diff: $3/hr
