Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Setting: Outpatient / Pain Science-Focused Practice

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative and supportive team in Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced PTs and new graduates to grow in a modern, patient-first environment focused on pain science and functional recovery.

Compensation & Perks

• $75,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE)
• Sign-on bonus + Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Performance-based bonus structure

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist License (Required)
