💲 $24-$28/hour

🕒 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

• Coordinate and schedule field technicians based on customer needs, technician availability, and project requirements
• Create and manage work orders, service appointments, and scheduling documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service updates and scheduling
• Partner with Project Managers, Supervisors, and Operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
• Track service activities and maintain accurate records within internal systems
• Investigate customer concerns and provide timely resolution
• Generate reports and support administrative documentation for service operations

• 5+ years of scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, or operations support experience
• Salesforce experience
• Experience supporting HVAC, construction, field service, facilities management, or skilled trades teams
• Experience coordinating field technicians and service operations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maplewood, MN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
