Step into a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students at both elementary and middle school levels for the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to make a real impact, working with a manageable itinerant caseload of approximately 30 students across one school setting in the Puyallup, WA area. Responsibilities include evaluating and delivering direct therapeutic services, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to foster every child’s communication skills and academic success.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Washington
• SLP-CCC or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of current therapy methodologies and best practices for K-8 populations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Effective organizational and time management skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite speech-language therapy services to a caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student learning opportunities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student assessments
• Adapt services as needed to support student growth throughout the year
