A rewarding contract opportunity is now available for a dedicated bilingual School Psychologist interested in making a positive impact within an educational setting. This full-time role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being and offers the chance to work closely with a diverse student population.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be fully credentialed as a School Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish/English highly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience within school environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in multi-disciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological services including assessment, counseling, and consultation for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and student support plans
- Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Offer crisis intervention, behavioral support, and individual or group counseling sessions
- Promote culturally sensitive practices and facilitate communication with families in their preferred language
