Key Responsibilities

- Process and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and in compliance with internal procedures.
- Review checks, deposits, and banking transactions for accuracy, completeness, and potential fraud concerns.
- Support debit card servicing, online banking inquiries, and other deposit operations requests.
- Review operational reports to identify discrepancies, exceptions, or suspicious activity.
- Provide responsive customer and internal support by phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
