They will be responsible for monitoring changes to contracts, providing assistance to clients and managing all contract-related tasks. • Continually monitor contract obligations, terms, and requirements across all parties to ensure full compliance.
• Proactively identify contractual risks, propose strategic solutions, and escalate unresolved issues to Contract Management (CM) and Leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact connecting the project team with Legal, clients, and vendors to address contractual matters efficiently.
• Prepare and share updates on contract status, modifications, and compliance, while translating complex contract details for key stakeholders.
• Implement, integrate, and refine CM tools, templates, and methodologies tailored to the business and project needs

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 4 years of Contract Management experience
• 3 years of experience in a federal government contracting environment
• Strong technical skills: MS Office, SharePoint, Contracting software
