Our client is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support a major long-term coatings and infrastructure project at the Savannah River Site (SRS), a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) facility.

Position Overview:
As a Project Planner, you will develop detailed work packages and planning documentation supporting industrial coatings and infrastructure work at the Savannah River Site.
Working closely with Quality, Scheduling, and Document Control teams, you'll ensure all work packages comply with site specifications and the company's NQA-1 Quality Assurance Program.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate planning documentation in a highly regulated environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and assemble detailed work orders and work packages for coatings operations
Create planning documentation supporting site-specific Sherwin-Williams coating systems
Prepare work instructions, inspection documentation, SDS documentation, and Product Data Sheets (PDS)
Build work packages utilizing company NQA-1 Quality Program requirements
Ensure documentation complies with site specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with:

Field Operations
Support planning activities related to cosmetic and structural concrete repairs when required
Maintain complete, organized, and accurate project documentation
Assist in planning activities throughout the duration of the project
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship (Required)
Previous experience in:
Project Planning
Work Package Development
Maintenance Planning
Industrial Construction Planning
Coatings Planning
Nuclear or DOE planning environments preferred
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Experience coordinating with Quality Assurance and Document Control teams
Ability to interpret project specifications and technical procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
