Key Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active and current California OT License (no COTAs considered for this role)
• Prior experience within school settings highly desired
• Confidence managing a diverse caseload, serving students aged PreK through 22
• Willingness to adapt amidst evolving district needs and board meeting-driven changes
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services, including evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for students assigned across several school sites
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
• Travel between assigned campuses as an itinerant OT—flexibility and reliability are essential
• Accurately maintain student documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Adapt to a changing school environment, remaining innovative and proactive
