Position: Special Education Teacher (LBS1 Certified)
Schedule: Full-Time | School-Year Position
Position Highlights
Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 3rd grade
Classroom Size: Up to 10 students per class
Support Staff: 3–4 paraprofessionals assigned to each classroom
Student Needs Include:
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Intellectual Disabilities
Developmental Delays
Required Qualifications
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement
Experience with elementary or early childhood special education preferred
Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
