Seeking dedicated individuals to work as Personal Care Assistant (PCA) substitutes in a dynamic school environment near Phoenixville, PA. These per diem, as-needed roles offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ daily experiences by providing crucial 1:1 support. As a substitute PCA, you’ll assist students with their unique needs, ensure their safety, and help foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Ideal candidates bring a passion for helping others and an adaptable attitude. Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school-based setting is valued, but a commitment to making a positive impact is just as important.
