Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Job Description
This role involves creating and maintaining technical training documentation, including training slides, quick reference materials, textbooks, operator notebooks, and training guides. These documents are crafted for both internal and external audiences and are available in digital and print formats. The position requires integrating various sources of information into a consistent style and language to ensure regulatory compliance. The Specialist will facilitate the review process for document version control, regulatory approvals, and final sign-off. The role also includes maintaining periodic reviews of training materials to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts for content creation and approval is a key responsibility. The Specialist acts as a resource for trainers and SMEs on document design, layout, and learner experience. This role requires working independently while managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks through an intake system to track project status.

Work Environment
The position offers flexibility with the option to work on-site or remotely. The role typically follows 1st shift hours, totaling 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week. There is an opportunity for flexible hours with appropriate approval.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $10.00 - $10.00/hr.
