As an Electrical Engineer located in Horicon, WI, you will develop vehicle electrical systems for Riding Lawn Mowers and some Compact Utility Tractors. You will work closely with supply management, quality, PV&V, program management, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.
ResponsibilitiesThe role is primarily office-based within an engineering and product development environment focused on riding lawn mowers and compact utility tractors. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, using tools such as 3D CAD for wiring harness and electrical system development, as well as embedded software validation environments including SIL and HiL test stands. The position may require occasional off-shift work to support vehicle builds and testing, as well as up to approximately 10% domestic and international travel to support suppliers, testing, and production activities. The environment emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, structured product development processes, and hands-on involvement with vehicle electrical systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
