Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Tennessee
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable supporting a diverse student population from Kindergarten through 12th grade
Responsibilities in this role:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to integrate OT goals
- Maintain accurate student evaluation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting
- Deliver direct and consultative services in classroom and therapy settings
