Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona COTA license required
- At least one year of pediatric experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with occupational therapists, educators, and families
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Carry out occupational therapy interventions in alignment with student IEPs, following the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Contribute to the development of individualized education programs and therapy goals
- Foster students’ fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and practical classroom skills
- Accurately document student progress and maintain up-to-date records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to champion student growth and participation
