This outpatient Primary Care opportunity on California's Central Coast offers a rare blend of financial incentives and lifestyle balance. - 100% outpatient Primary Care within a growing, patient-centered organization
- Multiple clinic locations, including San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Lompoc, and Santa Maria
- Optional teaching involvement with a Family Medicine residency program
- Collaborative team environment with strong practice infrastructure
- Phone-only call limited to approximately four weeks per year
- Guaranteed base salary with RVU productivity incentives
- 50,000 sign-on bonus and 50,000 retention bonus
- Up to 144,000 in student loan repayment
