What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification or School Psychologist credentials
• Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing/implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Proficiency in non-violent behavioral intervention training and strategies
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• A problem-solving mindset paired with a compassionate approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
• Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs tailored to individual student needs
• Provide consultation and training on ABA methodologies and non-violent behavioral interventions to school staff
• Collaborate with educators, support teams, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student
• Collect and interpret behavioral data to guide ongoing program adjustments
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing school atmosphere by promoting positive behavioral supports
