Basic Function:

• Responsible for managing and assembling tooling projects, ensuring components meet specifications and deadlines. ⚙️

Key Responsibilities:

• ???? Participate in Pre-Build meetings to plan efficient manufacturing processes
• ???? Assemble tooling and verify machined components meet specifications
• ⚙️ Machine components using standard processes to required tolerances
• ???? Manage assigned tooling projects to meet customer quality and delivery expectations

Principle Duties:

• ???? Assemble components into completed tooling
• ????️ Set up and operate tools to manufacture components
• ????️‍???? Train and mentor apprentices

Education & Experience:

• ???? Skills: Advanced math, basic computer skills, ability to read technical drawings, strong communication
• ???? Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a state-indentured Tool & Die apprenticeship OR 6 years as a non-indentured Tool & Die Maker
• ????️ Experience: 3–5 years building progressive tooling (metal stamping preferred)
• ???? Certification: Journeyman Card in Tool & Die
