This full-time contract role offers up to 37.5 hours per week during the academic year, beginning August 10, 2026, and ending May 21, 2027. You’ll play a key part in supporting communication development for students, working closely with a dedicated team in a collaborative school environment. Your expertise will serve a caseload of approximately 60-65 students, likely at a single school location in the Keller area.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas SLPA licensure required
• Previous experience or substantial skills working within schools as an SLPA
• Comfortable supporting K-12 students with diverse speech-language needs
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals are highly preferred
• Must complete or verify fingerprinting through the TEA (processing may take up to 10 business days)
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to student success

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students, under the direction and supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist
• Support implementation of individualized education plans and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to foster students’ communication skills
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely records in line with school policies
