Work 35 hours per week supporting either a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) caseload or a 4th/5th grade mild/moderate classroom, based on your expertise. What we’re seeking:

• Valid California CTC certification for Mild/Moderate Special Education
• Experience supporting students in Special Education, with preference for RSP and/or mild/moderate classroom backgrounds
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, administrators, staff, and families
• Dedication to individualized instruction and differentiated teaching strategies

What you’ll do:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with IEPs, either as a Resource Specialist or classroom teacher for mild/moderate needs in grades 4 or 5
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning goals
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with student support teams to design accommodations, modifications, and strategies for success
