Candidates with SLP-CCC, those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and individuals experienced in healthcare settings or school environments are encouraged to apply. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility in Connecticut
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates considered
- Experience in pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, therapy, and consultation to a diverse caseload of students
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans in compliance with IEP guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and required reporting
- Engage in ongoing professional development to promote best practices
Position & Schedule:
- Contract position covering the full school year
- Part-time: 3 days per week for optimal work-life balance
