Responsibilities:
- Set up the grill and sampling area.
- Prepare the cooking station and ensure all utensils and equipment are clean and ready for use.
- Begin cooking approximately one hour prior to sampling.
- Cook and prepare food samples for approximately 2.5 hours during the event.
- Maintain food safety standards throughout the event.
- Thoroughly clean all cooking equipment and utensils following the event.
- Properly pack and store all event assets with the store upon completion.
Requirements:
- Current Food Safe/Food Handler Certification required.
- Previous grilling, food preparation, or sampling event experience preferred.
