Electronics Test & Debug Technician – Engineering Services LabLocation: Madison, AL
Hire Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift (4×10, Monday–Thursday)
Pay Range: $25–$27/hr

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our electrical and electronic systems. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various electronic equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with IPC Joint Industry Standards (IPC-J-STD) during all processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Document all repairs, maintenance, and modifications in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing procedures for new products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electronic technology.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electronic Technician or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on electrical and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with IPC Joint Industry Standards (IPC-J-STD) is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certification or degree in Electronics or a related field is a plus.
