Pay Range: $25–$27/hr

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electronic Technician to join our dynamic team in Madison, AL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our electrical and electronic systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various electronic equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with IPC Joint Industry Standards (IPC-J-STD) during all processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Document all repairs, maintenance, and modifications in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of testing procedures for new products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electronic technology.

• Proven experience as an Electronic Technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on electrical and electronic systems.
• Familiarity with IPC Joint Industry Standards (IPC-J-STD) is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant certification or degree in Electronics or a related field is a plus.
