Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington Special Education teaching license (required)
- Experience teaching or supporting high school-aged students preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Role Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Develop, maintain, and track student progress on IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure seamless support
- Communicate regularly with families on student progress and strategies
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth
Position Details:
- Contract runs from September 2026 through June 2027
- 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, serving high school students
